Orders & Acceptance

Shipping & Risk of Loss

Orders ship to US addresses with free shipping. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier; tracking is provided for all shipments.

Warranty

Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Normal wear, misuse, overloading beyond rated capacity, and improper installation are not covered. Contact us with photos and your order number for warranty service.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery as described in our Refund & Return Policy.

Limitation of Liability
